Explore Property gave me information that was misleading for the sale of my house that i was going to get a lot more than what i thought i would get. they told me a high price and got no where near that but was a bit higher than what i wanted for the house. Explore will give you a great price and not deliver. I had to do a final clean and left it in Stacey's Hands as i moved interstate, the cleaners Cutts Grime Cleaning cleaned my house and was not satisfactory for the final clean so i lost more money, they told me not to pay them, i did ask for that in writing but have not heard back from them, i did try ringing a few times and no return calls as the house is sold and is final. On a bright side communication was good until final Sale.
