Stacy knows what she is doing and is good at what she does. We travelled from Brisbane to view the property in Mackay and Stacy paid special attention to our efforts. She was on to it as soon as we gave the go ahead and closed the deal in in less than half a day and that's where efficiency came in. Very friendly and pleasant personality to deal with. Stacy is an absolute GEM 💎 I'm from Melbourne and flew up to have a look at a few properties on the weekend.. As I was only there for 1 day, I rang Stacy to have a 2nd look at a property that I'd viewed that morning.. At 6pm on a Saturday night she was happy to meet me back at the property. Stacy is an encyclopaedia of knowledge of the area and made me feel like I had made the right decision to buy the property that night.. She is great at organising all the little things that need to happen around getting a property on the market, organising maintenance of it and selling it. On this occasion we sold at the first open after negotiating with the buyers to increase their offer. She is really good at keeping you informed of progress etc. Highly recommend her.
