As I write this a month after moving in, long after the euphoria of completing our first home purchase has faded away, we are still satisfied with Ben's work as the selling agent. Ben and his associates helped to make it easy to buy this property. They played their part well in keeping communication flowing between the parties involved. This allowed us to complete the purchase 40 days from signing the contract, including the slow period around Christmas and New Year! They listened to our questions and concerns, and their answers explained the processes and other matters related to the property and its Body Corporate. Ben was often unable to answer the phone when we called but he always called back a few minutes later. When we informed Ben that the Body Corporate managers had refused to let us inspect the records, he provided some of the information we sought that he had obtained for us through the seller. When we collected the keys after settlement, they surprised us with a nice housewarming gift.
