Our experience with Ciara was a bit out of the ordinary due to the fact that we were overseas at the time we were to be listing our property with her. It was a highly complicated and stressful situation due to the property we were attempting to sell having been destroyed by the previous tenant. It took over a year from the time we initially signed the listing agreement to the time when it was actually able to be shown to prospective buyers. Ciara made every effort to follow up on the progress of remedial works and offered to do as much of the legwork with maintaining the property as she could to make our lives easier while we were in Canada. She also gave us insightful updates as the market was quickly changing for the property we were trying to sell. When it finally came time to sell she understood that we needed the best price as quickly as possible, and I believe she delivered. Thank you so much Ciara! Would absolutely recommend her!

Ciara was incredible every step of the way. She was the first agent we met. Once we told her what we were looking for, she went out of her way to help us find houses we could view.
