We didn’t achieve our expected results but given the Coronavirus influence I was very happy. Would thoroughly recommend Stacy. Stacy was constantly in touch with me and made the distance of me being interstate a minimal issue. I would say Stacy was the hardest working agent I have dealt with.

I gave Maxine a pretty hard task - sell multiple "non-pretty" houses in a not-so-great market, ASAP. Then Covid19 hit and it became, yet again, a declining market in Mackay. Maxine ran into that arena with a raging bull (the task), grabbed it by the horns, wrestled it to the ground and wouldn't stop until it begged for mercy. She achieved her goal in very difficult circumstances. She kept in contact, worked all hours of the day and night and did tasks that weren't in her job description. When one contract fell over she ran over and showed that bull what for, yet again. She knew the market and advised us what to expect - although it wasn't good. Maxine has a lot of experience and professional resources to draw on. She is a very compassionate person to deal with in such a testing time in my life. Thanks Maxine! I highly recommend you get Maxine in your corner, she will have your back!

As buyers we met with Ben to express our interest in finding a waterfront block for sale in our area. Ben kept us in mind over several months and when the right property came up he actively discussed it with us. He was extremely professional and encouraged us to put forward our best offer in order to secure the property. I believe his strategy worked well to secure the best price for his clients as I would hope he would do for us if we were selling. A great piece of advice he gave us was "you'll have forgotten what you paid in a year, but you'll get to enjoy it for the rest of your lives, so don't be afraid to pay a bit more to secure it" and he was spot on. As a buyer or a seller I highly recommend getting in contact with Ben.
