Laura and her management team at Fall Real Estate, did a great job to quickly find us a new suitable tenant at the end of the lease period. The team kept us informed every step of the way and presented us with their recommendations. A great job done! Thanks again.

We’re delighted with Kristy and the team for the way they manage our property. Communication is outstanding — every message and call is answered promptly and with genuine care. They found us a tenant quickly, keeping vacancy time to a minimum. Whenever repairs are needed, they’re organised efficiently and thoughtfully, so everything continues to run smoothly and the property is always well looked after. It’s such a pleasure having someone so professional, reliable and proactive taking care of our property and we would not hesitate to recommend her and the team to other landlords.

I recently acquired a new investment property and couldn't have asked for a smoother start than working with Sara and Keeley. They moved quickly from the moment I settled. They arranged professional photos, wrote a listing that really showcased the property, and had it live almost immediately. They priced it accurately for the market, which brought in strong interest straight away. Just as impressive was how carefully they handled the tenant selection despite the fast timeline. They screened applicants thoroughly, kept me informed at every step, and recommended an excellent tenant. The lease was signed and everything was in order before the week was out. If you want property managers who are fast, organised, and genuinely on top of things, I'd recommend Sara and Keeley without hesitation.
