In the past 50 years I have sold 12 residential properties and this last sale was handled by the best real estate agent I have used over that period. Phil is a very experienced professional agent who started by discussing my objectives in terms of price and timing, and then giving me the benefit of his knowledge of the market in my area and in my apartment building where he has sold several other properties. He gave me a price range which I agreed with and we sold the apartment within 8 weeks within that price range. This has been during the coronavirus pandemic when buyers have been scarce and concerned about prices falling, yet we achieved the highest price ever in this apartment building. Phil went beyond the call of duty to solve problems and was available at all times to discuss progress with me. He exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent real estate agent, especially in the Sydney Lower North Shore area.
