The seller wanted a private sale, and they knew the price they wanted, and we were also happy to pay that price. Nicholas enabled this perfect match, so the process was quite smooth thanks to him. As a matter of fact, the contracts were exchanged within 4 hours after we saw the property! Nicholas was very proactive during and after the contract exchange; answered all our questions patiently, assisted the bank valuators, and also answered our mortgage broker's questions. As a buyer, Nick has been a great Agent to work with. He is professional, friendly and transparent. I wanted to check whether my car fit into the lock up garage as it was quite a tight space, and he was very accommodating, allowing me to test drive into the spot. He was also flexible in arranging times for inspections. Really appreciated Nick's help with liasing with the vendor and my buyers agent, especially during the negotiations phase. It allowed me to secure the purchase at an acceptable price. I also received a lovely welcome pack on settlement, which was a thoughtful surprise!

To begin with I had a high price expectations from sale of my unit. On realising the price trends in the market for a similar property I thought I will not get what I want. I was planning to renovate and sell at a later date. There were complications in terms of sitting tenant. Nicholas came as an angel and worked with me through the process with lot of patience and perseverance. His advise to me was to sell before renovation as Reno would be wasted investment. He did not promise moon interms of price expectations. However, he wanted to work to get a good outcome for me. He worked with the tenants to make it easier for them for any inspection. Nicholas did an off market sale which meant almost no marketing cost to me. Based on initial response I was not keen on selling and put lot of pressure on Nicholas to allow me to do renovations. However, he was persistent that he could find a buyer and he did. Hee believed in the potential value of the unit more than I did. He finally found a buyer at a price acceptable to me and we signed the contract. Based on recent sales in the market I had no hope in hell that I could fetch the price I got with no renovations and no marketing. I thought Nicholas was wasting my time. I can’t thank enough Nicholas for his patience with me and belief on the sale. It was an excellent outcome for me in the circumstances. I don’t think I could have done this with another agent , but with Nicholas. Nicholas thank you for the great work you have done. You deserve more than what you get through this sale.
