After having Peak Central look after our existing property for years with no issues we organised for Peak to manage another home. Photos were taken that night (Wednesday), add loaded the following day with a home open on Saturday. On the Monday I had an application sitting in my inbox to which we agreed and tenants moved in the following week. Could not ask for a better experience renting out our property.

Our property in Booragoon has been managed by Peak Central for many years while we live abroad in the UK, so we rely upon them entirely. We have had a number of Property Managers over the years, who have never let us down, and looked after us and our property really well. Our tenants have never complained about being managed by Peak either. Our current manager, Elizabeth, is brilliant at keeping us informed about any developments, despite the 8 hours time difference, and has been central to securing a new set of tenants recently. Having just sold our place in QLD and needing to quickly find a rental in the Mount Pleasant area, Elizabeth took the time to understand our situation and guide us through the process. Elizabeth’s responsiveness to any questions we had or assistance we needed was above and beyond. It was also refreshing to deal with an organisation that connects with you on a personal level and has a genuine desire to provide a good service. Even though we were still interstate the whole process was made extremely easy at every step and the use of technology was great for signing paperwork and keeping us informed. I met Sally at a viewing, she is such a kind and gentle woman who made me feel at ease ( we have never rented before so I was a bit nervous) so much so I ended up staying back and chatting with her about life in general.
