Steve was very prompt in assessing my sale and a market . He swiftly found buyers , albeit at a price much lower than suggested . This was a sales record on the area , so I can’t be disappointed, I just wasn’t sure where his initial price had come from His sales team completed the sale well , was given a conveyancer who never once touched base with me to introduce themselves. Ok , so it’s business not friends , I’m ok with that ! Once the sale was completed, not once did I hear from Steve or team . Not a congratulations, a thanks , a check in call . I found this odd. After selling and buying 11 properties in my time , it’s the first time I’ve never received a gift as a token of appreciation . Again , this is ok I touched base with Steve some months after the sale to express all the above, he seemed shocked that I expected any of the above Again , business not friends .Fair , but I could have chosen a different agent
