I recently engaged NGU to sell my house. They came in with a higher estimate than other agents and i thought he was just trying to 'buy my listing'. With the normal marketing leading up to the first open house i did not expect much. The first open house had over twenty parties go through. I received two offers two days later both over the asking price. One was a cash unconditional offer with 14 days settlement. It has now settled. I would highly recommend Steve and Ngu . He doesn't push an is quite approachable with any request/question.
