NGU I purchase a house for them in Sept 2021, although at this stage I can't remember the salesman's name. The crazy thing is this salesman I observed every afternoon walking the block where I used to reside crazy thing I knew wife from high school. Although I didn't deal with Steve, I have known of him, and his reputation prior to meeting him some 25 to 30 years ago when I believe he was still part of the Queensland Police. He always honest and fair, deep family roots for Ipswich, his father was in the Airforce at Amberley and retired in Ipswich. NGU were great to deal with, their salesman was always friendly when asked to inspect the house, the nice gesture to provide me with a bottle of wine on the day I recieved my keys to my property.

Probably the worst, realestate agent I have dealt with, very poor work ethic in regards to setting up timeframes notices for tenants and buyers. In the end I had to take charge myself and go one on one with the office, and tenants. Never again will I deal with him or his company, and I am looking to buy already.
