Steve came out to our residence. He discussed the options to sell the property and also advised up front costs. The first contract was signed within 7 days although it fell over and the second contract was signed and negotiations with Greg Ramsay (Sales Representative), prospective buyer & myself bought the sale to completion. At all times I was kept informed as to the progress of the sale.

They responded to any early queries that I had regarding best options for marketing, and in response to the ever changing market.
