He kept in constant touch and explained what he thought would happen, despite there being unprecedented circumstances. Mark went above and beyond to get a deal done that satisfied all parties. There were some complicated legal issues to work through over a number of weeks, and whilst resolving these issues out should not have been Mark's responsibility, he stepped up and tackled the issue as best he could in order to make sure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. Mark was also highly responsive, a good communicator, and enjoyable to deal with.
