Thoroughly professional in all aspects of the sale. Communicated on a regular basis regarding the status of proceedings using text, email and direct phone calls and made adjustments to marketing the property in an exceptionally difficult sales cycle. The final sale price was below our expectations but this was due more to a falling market than to a lack of diligence by Michael.
