Finding the right agent to sell your property is a difficult and daunting task.After speaking to a few different agents I was lucky to find Ben Williams. He was very approachable and knowledgeable and he knows the local market conditions very well. He was very easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. He kept me informed throughout the campaign and his relaxed and friendly manner made the whole process very easy. His advice was always spot on and his relaxed and friendly nature makes you feel confident that your property will sell for the desired price.On Auction day nothing was left to chance and Ben was in total control.The price he achieved was well above the reserve.
