We are very pleased to recommend Michael Rosano based on the outcomes he has achieved for us. We had the difficult proposition of selling an older two bedroom apartment in an area that has been flooded by more modern apartments. Making things worse, we bought at the height of the market in 2010 and were expecting to walk away with a significant loss. We decided to go with Fletchers because ultimately you get the service you pay for. We were contacted by Michael and immediately impressed by his upfront communication about the challenges of selling in the current market. He was forthright in outlining the costs and processes involved and took the time to address every question. His communication throughout the process was excellent, calling with updates on open for inspections and to update us on inquiries. He managed expectations well and was upfront and factual, which is exactly what we wanted. Likewise, the communication from Fletchers with metrics of online searches and engagement with the property was positive for our confidence to achieve a good outcome. Prior to the Auction, Michael was able to attract two keen potential buyers and to achieve an outcome that was in the upper margins of what we thought we might be able to attract given the market. We sold prior to auction and were pleased with the outcome. Michael was clearly committed to doing his best for us and achieved a very positive outcome. Despite his clearly being towards the beginning of his career, his energy, market knowledge and drive will definitely see him go a long way. We plan to stay in touch with him as we purchase our next property.
