Rob sold our family home with confidence, professionalism and grace. Nothing was too big or small to ask him and he was very receptive to our questions and concerns. His calm and caring manner was reassuring to us as we made such a big decision to sell. We would have no hesitation to recommend him and his team at Fletchers Blackburn.

Ian has been a rock beside us helping us through the process of selling our family home. From the first time we met him, we loved his professional and friendly approach that guided us along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and he was available at any time to answer any questions we had. The whole selling process was made so much easier with Ian by our side. In all aspects, Ian went above and beyond what we expected. The result achieved was what we wanted. We would not hesitate to recommend Ian and Fletchers Blackburn.

My property in Mitcham sold yesterday 22 February, 2025. Ben Williams of Fletchers in Blackburn was the best choice I could have made in selling my home. As a first time vendor, I knew very little about the whole process. We found Ben to be nothing short of outstanding in his vocation and his dedication to it. He is everything you would want in an agent (and a person for that matter) - astute, with sound and good judgment, a good communicator and a very considerate and understanding person with a relaxed, friendly manner that gives the vendor confidence. He is always available and ready to help and answer questions with transparent honesty. And he operates with integrity - I and my son value that highly - and he is great to work with, very personable. He worked hard for us to achieve the best result for my property. His knowledge of the market is second to none and in this his experience really shows. He was skilled in presenting my home and my area with all its positive selling points, and this was reflected in the advertising and his knowledge of his vocation. My property sold for a price above our expectations. The lynch pin in this whole sale process was Ben. We can’t recommend him highly enough. Our property was in good hands. Thank you, Ben, for all your hard work and dedication!

We found Ben to be very client focussed, knowledgeable about the industry, always courteous even when we may have frustrated him about something. Leading up to the auction he kept us appraised on progress and feedback from inspections. Auction day he was again very professional, patient as he guided us through the challenging "price haggling" process and is still giving us feedback and guidance. Would definitely use his services again and give recommendations to others as appropriate. We trust we will have a similar experience with other agents as we search for our new home.

Ben is personable, yet professional. He communicated with us after every inspection and provided us with timely information on the social media data. He is positive, patient and supportive and I would not hesitate in recommending him and his team.

Robert is familiar with the local suburbs and provides useful advices throughout the sales campaign. He analyses the market status and identifies any potential buyers, hence we can adopt the strategy. He is confident on the campaign and always seeks for the best outcome for me.

Rob was really easy to deal with, very quick to respond and provide advice. It was a tricky market and he actively worked to get people through and promote the property. I would recommend Rob to anyone.
