Right from the start Ben is very reassuring and his knowledge of the market makes it stress free. He always explain the situation and what to expect even before it happens and that reflects on his experience in the industry. I have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone wanting to sell your property.

I wanted to sell my house off market, with little fuss and fanfare. I interviewed 3 agents and Ben just presented as a genuine person. Not plastic, not over the top; just straight talk and contingency plans already in place. I was happy for him to take us to auction if off market was quiet; I had seen him numerous times at auction Everything followed our plan with minimum of fuss; and he just kept following up after our off market sale went through. Lucky there's not too many Ben Wiliams in real estate, easiest choice you will make.

Ben advised us of what he thought the sale price and the type of buyer would be and he was spot on. He worked extremely hard for us and his negotiating skills clinched the deal in the end. He sold the property within a couple of weeks. We would highly recommend Ben to any vendor or buyer.

Thanks Rob, for your fabulous work selling our family home. You and your team were professional and efficient; communicating often with update messages via a messaging group was excellent. On auction day you gave it your all, and found the exact right buyer for Mum’s special home. I’ll be recommending you to my friends in the area.
