Ben, Jade and the team did a very good job helping us out with the sale. Their attention to detail, focus on the client and transparency are probably the best I have experienced of the dozen or so agents I have dealt with. Will use again. Highly recommended!

Ben is a very experienced agent whose focus is very result orientated. His knowledge of buyer behaviour, market trends and the auction process played a major role in getting a very successfull outcome. I would highly recommend both Ben and the team at Fletchers

Ben sold another of my rental properties last weekend. This property received one bid at auction - one more than last time which did not receive a bid. Ben therefore had to use his experience and some effort to obtain a satisfactory outcome for all parties with both properties. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben and the Fletchers Team in Real Estate.

We would not hesitate in recommending Ian to anyone looking for an agent. We bought and then sold in our local area. At the start of the process, via a recommendation from good friends of ours, we met Ian. He immediately impressed us with his knowledge of the area and his diligence in his approach. Over the two year period that it took us to find our new place, Ian’s advice was invaluable. We would not have been in a position to buy as we did without Ian’s help. After we bought, we needed then to sell and Ian was excellent - guiding us through the whole journey up to the auction day, running the auction as auctioneer, and ultimately the successful sale. We are very grateful to Ian for all his help.
