Rob was great at helping us navigate our first experience selling a house. He kept us updated every step of the way, and we're very happy with the end result. From our experience, Rob operated with high integrity, and we trusted he was working in our best interests. I'd definately recommend Rob to anyone considering selling.

Selling my unit which I love, was a difficult decision and was destined to be a very unsettling and anxious time in my life. From the moment I first met Ben, he put me at ease and seemed to understand how difficult this process was for me. He was caring, empathetic and kind - even when I was making his life tough. He was equally understanding of the potential buyers, which was important to me as I had hoped my unit would go to people that learn to love it, as I do. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone selling their home. Some Real Estate Agents give the profession a bad name, but I could not have been happier with Ben and his team at Fletchers. Thank you all

Remember this name. Ben Williams from Fletchers. People say you should never trust a real estate agent, but you can definitely trust Ben. I am glad I did. He has tremendous knowledge in our local area and is a highly respected real estate agent. He was very clear on his method from the beginning of how to achieve the best outcome and he did an exceptional job for us.

From the very moment that we reached out for a valuation through to a signed contract of sale Robert’s market knowledge, communication and professionalism were always on display. Robert showed the upmost respect for our wishes and our home. There were no surprises other than the great sale result. Robert stood by and delivered on everything that we discussed throughout the entire process. We have no hesitation in recommending Robert to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
