My husband and I were really impressed with Anthony's approach to the sale campaign, and market knowledge in particular. We were also very happy to find an agent that a) listened and understood our drivers, needs and goals; and b) was with us every step of the way through the process. We really liked how Anthony did all of the property inspections, checked in with us after each one, and auctioned the property himself. Working this way meant that we were up to date all the time, and we genuinely felt as though our best interests were taken seriously. Anthony started the process in the most honest and transparent way possible, hence why we trusted him with selling our biggest asset and the home that would set up our future. He recommended a renovation and referred us to his endless network of local high achieving businesses that know what’s required to win come Auction day. We were kept updated throughout the campaign, a call after each open regardless of time of night, any interested buyers or offers were passed on with great efficiency. Then came Auction day and nothing was too hard, no question went unanswered, Anthony really made us feel comfortable that we were best placed to get the result we desired. In the end, all that was needed was the sale to achieve what we’d hoped and that was certainly the case.
