Great bloke.. made buying our new home easy.
We were excited to finally find a home that suited our family's needs perfectly. Buying a home can be daunting and stressful at the best of times but Dave put us at ease and made the whole process easy and trouble free. Forward thinking and great communication
Our house was quite unique to the suburb. It had been relocated and extensively renovated. David knew our buyer may not fit the normal criteria for the area. He made clever marketing suggestions which included advertising to similar sought after suburbs. He appreciated the quality and workmanship that went into the renovation and we could see that he was genuinely excited about the listing opportunity. He worked hard at the open homes and gave us honest feedback each week. He followed up with prospects, working with them and answering their questions as honestly as he could.
