The dynamic duo
We feel compelled to write this to say a very big thank you to Gardian Real Estate. Recently listed our property with Gardian. They made the whole process of selling our home very easy and stress free. We found that the whole team were friendly and very helpful. We would especially like to acknowledge the agents who looked after us Ben Kerrisk and Mick McLeod. They were both very professional and obliging at all times. Mick and Ben looked after everything, right though to the auction. We were able to sell at auction and some how the dynamic duo (Mick and Ben) even managed to find us a lovely family to sell our much loved home to! Top team, that doesn’t give up
Very professional and keeps constant flow of people viewing house until sold pushing for multiple offers. Both Ben and the team keep in constant contact with you throughout the whole selling process, not like other realestate that sign you up then you have to keep chasing them to get feedback and people to view house.

We actually dealt with guardians agent RYAN.
In our hunt for a new home Ryans efforts to show us homes with everything we required were second to none. Showing us homes with all we needed and homes that we could add to to create our perfect space. Going out of his way to take us back to certain places we were interested in 2 or 3 times at our convenience. His help and service was exceptional all the way through our search and eventially finding the home we now own.
