Great experience all round.
Ben and his team have a level of knowledge and expertise that is difficult to find in Mackay. The reach that the Gardian Group achieves via its wider team and data base is also impressive. Our property was a post million dollar offering so we needed the best in the business. We were very happy with the strategy developed and level of consistent communication. The property was sold on auction night completing a successful campaign.

Fantastic experience
I asked people I knew and trusted in the Mackay business circle about who was the best team to sell a house for me and two separate people gave me the same details and they were right. We didn't get the result we were hoping price wise but that is no reflection of the hard work and professionalism of the team at Gardian. They were in constant contact and all feedback from inspections was immediate. They certainly worked for this sale - well done guys.
