I first contacted the team at Gary J Smith when my mum decided she was going to move out of her house, and we put out some feelers to a few agents. They were always very prompt with their responses, and we got a good feeling from the team. Several months later, when we were ready, I contacted my two top picks of agents and met them in person. Again, GJS were prompt, professional, upfront, and we decided they were the agent we wanted to look after mum's house. They told us what needed doing to ready the property for rent, helped us organise things, and the turnaround time between us being ready and tenants moving in was about 2 weeks.
