Suzi and Arthur have been accomodating and wonderful since the home open all the way through to settlement. They looked after all of my requests without hesitation, ran back and forth tirelessly between myself and the seller, were forthcoming about any possible issue and rectified them without them ever having the chance to develop into an issue.
