First meeting with Nick went very well. Whilst I was wary of "just another agent", Nicks approach from the start was warm and came across as genuinely appreciative of our approach. He appeared sincere in spelling out how he could help us and projected a figure range that he felt our property was worth. This figure was higher than what we had thought we could achieve. Nick gave constructive advice as to how property could be presented for best effect, which we followed. Whilst our property didn't sell for original price i first 12 weeks, Nick made modest tweaks to pricing to entice interest and eventually we found a buyer who Nick then took both parties through to a successful outcome. Whole experience went better than we dreamed. Throughout the process, Nick was meticulous in keeping in touch and up to date with market and buyer interactions and remained positive, including urging us not to consider dropping asking price. Overall an excellent service and would most certainly engage Nich again in the future to help us sell / buy anotehr property. Thanks again Nick

We had a great experience with Mike. He is very professional and always kept us up to date with everything along the way. He made sure to keep in touch with both buyer and seller regularly so we where all up to date on the progress. I cannot thank David, Tim, Jemma and their trades people enough for all the work they did to get my house ready to sell. I am busy at work and just do not have the headspace to organise those things. The assessment of the market, guiding me through different things to get the house ready was truly fantastic. We are moving onto the next sale now, and I am looking to use them in the future on two other properties. I am more than happy to recommend them to my closest friends.
