For us, the most important outcome of our relationship with Suzi & Arthur was to have our house sold as soon as possible so that we could build a new "forever home". And that is what they did. Their advice as to how to present out home, what the expectations were and their honesty was invaluable as to what we could actually afford on our new venture. But what I didn't expect was the speed, efficiency and true professionalism that they were able to do in achieving a sale. It took 2 days AND for more than we were expecting. The amount of time that both Suzi & Arthur spent in keeping us informed of exactly what was happening from listing the property to settlement, is truly amazing. I know it's not true, but we both felt that we were the only listing they had! Obviously with all of the sold signs around Heathridge, they are the one agent that knows their stuff. Having had a Real Estate background myself, I understand what it takes to be a "good" agent, but these guys are "excellent". I highly recommend them to either a buyer or seller; you won't be disappointed.
