We first met Suzi years ago when she sold us our original house and though they say the agent works for the seller, we found that Suzi was (to us, the buyers) thorough, knowledgable, kind, prompt, respectful and very good at her job. So much so, that when it came time to sell our house years later we reached out to her and Arthur in the hopes that she would do her role even more credit with us as sellers this time and we were not disappointed. Suzi has not only become our go-to agent, but our family friend. Nothing was too big or too small to ask for - but most importantly to us she and Arther both have always been honest, even when sometimes that news isn't exactly what you'd like to hear. Selling a house can be an emotional rollercoaster yet both suzi and arthur managed this ride with professionalism, respect, courtesy and kindness, with a "can-do" and "will-do" attitude at every turn and at any hour of the day or night. Selling one’s home/ moving rates in the top 5 stresses life has to offer, the others being death of family member, ill health, job loss or divorce. Whilst selling our home, to move interstate, we lost both my mother and my husband’s sister within days of one another. We were traumatised, and clearly in need of assistance. Creagh was a guardian angel, taking care of the complete sale of our much loved home. The Baker team go above and beyond to help make the purchasing process as smooth and easy as possible. Their 8 step process really made buying our first home a lot less stressful as we knew when each step needed to be completed. Both Suzi and Arthur kept up regular contact with us through out everything and kept us updated on any changes. Although this is our first home, we know from friends who have bought that other agents are nowhere near as helpful and informative.
