Excellent result!
Creagh & Matt have done excellent work for us. We needed to sell our house & buy another in suburb next to where we lived. Prices changed in both areas and our requirements also varied. Creagh & Matt listened to both of us as we thought through what we both wanted & needed. They worked constantly toward achieving our aims. We are now settling in nicely. Excellent result! We recommend them highly.

Great Agent
Suzi Baker was fantastic to deal with. As it was our first time buying a house we weee like lambs to the slaughter. However, as luck would have it we landed in Suzi's wonderful hands. She talked us through everything and was very upfront and reassuring. Her communication skills were second to none and we always had answers to our questions before we even got to ask. If you like us are sceptical about buying or selling you property I wouldn't go passed the baker team at harcourts.

Friendly, honest advice.
Suzi and Arthur were great at explaining the current market, and developing a marketing strategy that would ensure we got the best price for our house given the circumstances. The communication during the sale period was brilliant. They knew when to contact us and with the appropriate advice. I truly felt like they had our best interests in mind through out the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Suzi and Arthur to friends and family in the future.

Agent of choice
I met Suzi at a house open a few years ago and was impressed by her professionalism. When we decided to sell a rental property in Heathridge we made contact and she became our agent. We had three offers within the first month. Recently a property we had rented in Padbury became vacant while we were on holidays. We contacted Suzi by email were sent the necessary paperwork and once again a month after it became vacant it was sold. I think our confidence in her speaks for itself. Once again when we decide to downsize Suzi will be our Agent of choice. D & D
