Matt is a hard working young man who did everything we asked for and more. We had our house on the market under a different Real Estate agent who could not get an offer in 7 weeks (even though we dropped the price substantially, to below what we wanted). We then gave him the flick and asked around, Matt's name came up repeatedly as being an excellent agent. Matt had the sold sticker on our sign within 2 weeks :-) and got just below our asking price which we were very happy about. I would not hesitate to use Matt again as our agent or to recommend him to friends and family.

I found David very pleasant to deal with and he upheld the highest of integrity throughout the whole process. The property was owned by Graham and his wife Evelyn. Evelyn passed away during the sale of the property which made life difficult in all areas including having to change the title to Grahams name solely after the acceptance of an offer. The whole process from negation of sale to dealing with family loss was done fully professionally and with great compassion not only by David but all the staff at Force.
