What a time to sell houses! We were quite anxious as this Covid time is quite unprecedented. We had to do quite a bit of private viewings but luckily on the very first home open we managed to sell the house (woohoo)! We weren’t quite sure what to expect, but we thought we went with Eric who was recently named as Harcourt’s top WA real estate sales consultant. Eric sure didn’t disappoint, his team was effective and efficient. Rio Varen for example, I’m thinking I will take him with me to do final home inspections :) What makes me respect Eric’s team even more is that they don’t just look after the sellers, they do look after the buyers too. Victor Hartono who was in charge of the settlement was available for me to ring him day or night to ensure smooth settlement, if you ask my close friends and family I’m not easily pleased, I can be pretty demanding and I will not hesitate to give a bad review if it’s warranted. On the settlement day I was very relieved, truth be told we didn’t expect it to go this smoothly but it did. So thank you boys, here’s my 5 star rating for you all!!!! Much love, Lina Nina
