Sam is an all round good person.
Sam is the consummate professional. He works hard to get results for his clients, and in selling our property he did exactly that. He continued to have Opens each Saturday and other inspections by appointment, taking every opportunity to follow up with leads. Within six weeks we'd achieved a good sale price. Great job from Sam, and a hassle free process as well. What impressed me most about Sam was his can do attitude, his unpretentious self confidence, and his knowledge and understanding of the real estate game. Integrity and respect for his vendors/tenants are other attributes Sam could accept credit for. He's a standout. Kind regards Craig Morley

Wonderful Agent

Simply the best in Ballarat!
For anyone who is wanting to actually have their property sold, for a good price, and be kept in the loop along the way, by an agent with absolute integrity, then please use Sam Borner. After several months with a previous agent, constantly frustrated by a lack of communication, what seemed to be very little effort/follow up etc, being referred to Sam, and having him to deal with was a breath of fresh air. Again I cannot reiterate how happy I was to have Sam selling my property, and also at the first open he had.
