I appreciate that I may not have been the easiest tenant you had to have dealt with as us imports are a little different to your usual Aussies. I have never considered myself important or special in any way and it may not have to mean much but I would like you to know that your honesty and integrity has truly won my respect and trust through and through. I feel staying true to your word is all that we have that truly holds any value as very few people can do that. As we have been burnt in the past by estate agents/property managers, having dealt with you and Jeanette in the past has been overwhelming.
