In a struggling rental environment I can't thank Valene enough for taking the time to chat with me . After looking through so many rentals and chatting with so many agents it was such a breath of fresh air to find an agent who genuinely wanted to get to know a perspective tenant. Valene rang me back straight away after I sent her my email and was so genuine and happy to give me her time. This would definately be beneficial for any landlord, having an agent give their time to learn their applicants story, as opposed to just seeing them as a person on paper

Applying for a rental was really easy, very thorough and I found out if I was successful in just a couple of days. Staff are friendly and willing to help. My only negative was the amount of the rental, I had no idea that the rental price could change, I had no idea if you apply for a rental at a certain amount that when they drop the rental amount you don't automatically receive the lower rate. Going to be tough for this single mumma. :( But I am wrapped I got the property.
