I can't thank Paula enough for the brilliant job she did in finding a suitable tenant for my rental property. I only had the property listed with Harcourts Carrum Downs for less than 2 weeks before a tenant was found. There was only one open for inspection done on the property, 14 people went through and resulted in 11 applications. This is the first time I have had so many applicants apply for the property. Paula was great in following up on all the applications and keeping me updated every step of the way. This is the 3rd time I have used Harcourts Carrum Downs to find a tenant and would not use anyone else.
