From the moment I met Tara at the first inspection, she has been friendly and knowledgeable. I went to their office to sign the papers and everyone was upbeat, efficient, and friendly. I have no worries with the working with Tara and everyone there this year. :)

Jane our Rental Manager is a very lovely person, excellent agent with great people skills, always on top of everything, communicating with me every time I need, answering any questions. Looking after my property as her own. Professional yet very friendly. I would recommend her to any landlord and wish that all rental teams were as she is.

Jane Jefferys broke a record for the fastest leasing I have ever experienced. Jane let my property with in the week to a great tenant. The ad was posted Friday and by Wednesday morning she came to me with 3 good applications. By Thursday she had done the checks and we agreed on the selection. The last tenant stayed 4 years and left the house in excellent condition. Harcourts employ brilliant Property Managers who find great tenants. Thank you Jane and your team.
