Our property manager Kaitlyn was the best property manager I've dealt with in 12 years of renting. She always responded to emails quickly and had problems fixed. Our application was approved very quickly. Unfortunately we have had to move but even then Kaitlyn was excellent in making it a smooth process and tried to help us as much as she could to get another place. We are sad we have got a place with another agency instead of Harcourts!

Most proffessional and genuine cutomer service. Tara Henry has been amazing, helpfuland caring. Our rental property was very dirty so she hired cleaners to clean before we moved in. We think she is a gem, a lovely hard working young lady. We hope Hardcourts Carrum Downs realize what an asset she is to their company.
