I have seen Dionne at many apartment inspections over the years and recently came in contact with her again earlier this year. I had started to look around for a new apartment and saw her at an inspection within Temple Court on Collins St. That apartment was over my budget, but she suggested I come and look at a loft style apartment she had on the market in Russell St. It was the kind of apartment I'd always admired, but never thought I'd own. Before arriving at the inspection, I was sure that the photos were probably misleading and that it would be much smaller than it appeared online. As soon as I walked in, I loved it! My big problem was that my own apartment wasn't even on the market, I hadn't thought about financing and there was a deadline sale process in place that was fast approaching. Dionne literally had an answer for every single one of my concerns. She helped me figure out how to structure my offer, put me in touch with a mortgage broker and made an appointment to come and value my current apartment. The deadline for offers came around quickly and I was thrilled when my offer was accepted by the vendor and then began the process of selling my own apartment. I have always been impressed with Dionne's professionalism, knowledge of the market and the properties she lists; so much so that it was an easy decision to sign up with her to sell my own apartment. In summary, I'm very happy I bought my new apartment from Dionne and I'm looking forward to moving in soon.

As I live in Hobart and was not able to be in Melbourne personally due to the corona virus, it was great to have a competent and efficient agent handling the sale. Dionne arranged for painters, carpenters and cleaners to spruce the place up. She kept me up with the situation with regular phone calls and was always prompt with returning my calls. I would certainly recommend her as an agent.

Dionne took charge of selling my apartment following the departure of two previous representatives from her office (one went back to England during the 1st COVID-19 lock down and the second for personal reasons). I must say I was thrilled for Dionne to take over my portfolio as she has a tremendous track record. My apartment was in need of long overdue repairs and a basic make over, Dionne organised quotes, and once the contractors were selected, she ensured the work was up to scratch and completed promptly. She also organised staging of the apartment and the photos accompanying the advertisement. All good, and it was ready to go to market but COVID-19 had other plans. The second wave in Victoria put the marketing schedule on hold for 3 months but as soon as restrictions eased Dionne consulted with me and put a new marketing strategy and schedule into operation. COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions meant Dionne had to be flexible and had to adjust to the challenges of numbers of individuals at openings and a change of strategy from the original agreed auction. Dionne is a skilled and personable real estate agent that kept me informed and provided advice and reassurance at the appropriate times during this campaign. The campaign was drawn out from the start of the first COVID-19 lock down to after the second lock down, but we got there in the end.
