She guided us through the expression of interest process and all went smoothly. Dionne was also very helpful and provided useful hints and suggestions post sale - things that we were not aware of. She was always pleasant, friendly, and easy to deal with, both on the phone and in face-to-face meetings. Made the whole purchase process a little less stressful.
