Hey guys, I have had a great experience with Karen, she sold my place and negotiated another. From what I understand also the buyer and seller respectively of the properties also had a good experience. Karen also helped broker any issues arising and terms of the deal. Her knowledge of contract law also helped out in answering questions in a timely and accurate manner. I met also her colleague Pheobe, who, as well was professional and a great problem solver. I needed to get last minute some compliant fire alarms to affect a property settlement, she was able to arrange stress free in record time.
