Karen would have to be one of the best agents to deal with. I am now up to my third property listed with Karen. She is super smart when it comes to property contracts and is very helpful in constructing and brokering a deal for the purchaser and vendor. I suppose that's why she did close to 100 million in sales last year, albeit, my properties where only a small fraction of her business. Happy to endorse Karen's business.
