Real down to earth guy. They say first impressions count which in Guys case was true as he came to see us on his day off in casual wear which really went down well with us. His sales and keeping us up to date through out the sale and up until settlement could not be faulted. Thank you Guy and your team.

It was a pleasure to deal with Karen, very professional and knowledgeable about the dynamic property market on the Gold Coast. She communicates well and is very easy going and was always available to be contacted. Would happily recommend her services to anyone thinking about buying or selling and look forward to an ongoing relationship with such a respected agent at the top of her game.

Ilona really understands the market and was realistic in her assessment of our property and how it compared to others in the suburb. Ilona is honest, genuine and kind. She continually went over and above throughout the sale process to ensure we were informed and that our house was styled to perfection. Her advice was spot on and it felt that she always had our best interests at heart. I would absolutely use Ilona and her team again and recommended her highly.

Katrina is so knowledgable with the gold coast market. She sold my unit in just less than 2 days from the first day I approached her to get initial quote etc. I still couldn't believe she rang second day in the morning and told me she found a buyer with the offer price that higher than my expection. I wish to give her more than 5 STARs as she is valued more than EXCELLENCE. Plus, very reasonable marketing fee compared to others. Good work and very satisfaction!!
