Cannot recommend Daniel highly enough for his professionalism, market knowledge and transparency during this transaction. I’m a buyers agent and deal with so many agents in my role of purchasing property on behalf of clients. I’ve experienced good agents and some not so good agents. Thrilled with sale price
Guy and Josie are a team and whilst Guy got the ball moving by getting the Agency Agreement in place, he then took scheduled leave and passed the ball to Josie who finished the deal before Guy returned. From signing the Agency agreement to contract exchange was less than a week and the selling price was more than expected. What more can I say. A special thanks to Andrew Henderson - our first point of contact at Coastal prior to Guy and Josie taking over the sales activity.
