Great sales experience
It was very clear to me that Martin had a lot of experience in unit and house sales in the area from doing a bit of online research, which is why I engaged his services to sell my apartment in Surfers Paradise. He found multiple interested parties, and a buyer with a great offer, very quickly. Settlement was easy, and communication was A+ throughout the whole process from start to finish. His advice and recommendations were top notch. He was also a good intermediary between myself and the buyer. Highly recommended Martin as an agent for both selling and buying!

Another very successful sale from Robert Macciocu
Having sold a previous apartment with Robert, we did not hesitate to call on Robert to manager our 3 bedroom apartment sale. We met with Robert and he had many valueable suggestions. We agreed to his suggestion to paint the unit throughout, and also his suggestion of a professional photographer and videographer. The results were absolutely stunning. It resulted in a sale within a week and at a price that we could only have hoped for. Robert is a real professional and we had no qualms that he would produce an excellent outcome.

Right from the start Ilona was helpful, honest and very professional. Her local market knowledge was obvious and everything she did was done considerately and with integrity. Excellent professional service
Ilona assisted us in our recent property purchase in Gold Coast and our experience of dealing with Ilona has been extremely good. She was honest and gave an unbiased opinion. We couldn't be happier with their representation throughout this process
