We were unable to meet Guy in person but found him to be very helpful and immediately responsive to our contacts. He seemed genuine in what he had to say without any apparent resort to sales-speak and was very helpful throughout our purchase process.

Guy at Harcourts Coastal was exceptional to deal with. We were purchasing the property remotely and were unable to see in person. Guy was proactive in ensuring we had additional videos and information about the property that we were unable to gather by not being able to do an in person inspection. The rest of the team at Harcourts have been exceptional and we will be leasing the property through their property management team.

We have bought and sold 5 properties on the Gold Coast since 2003 and I can honestly say out of all the real estate agents we have dealt with that our experience with Robert Macciocu was by far the best! Robert kept us informed all the way and obtained a record price for our property and guided us through the whole experience with integrity, compassion and always with a smile. I can highly recommend Robert for your next property sale or purchase.
Robert Macciocu
Robert is an absolute gentleman who achieves outstanding results for both the buyer and the vendor. I found Ribert attentive, professional and emphatic for what is a major lifetime event. I would use Robert every time I have a property to sell.

Guy was extremely easy to deal with, nothing was too hard for him. Guy went above and beyond to ensure the sale went smoothly. Guy is a very hard working real estate agent who aims to please and is the best agent I have dealt with on the Gold Coast.
