Outstanding Agent
Our house was not, at the time, really on the market however when our next door neighbour's house was sold by Stuart at an exhorbitant price, along came an interested party in our own home! Being the outstanding agent that he is, he approached us and asked if we would be interested in selling to one of his many clients who had been at the auction next door. And the rest, as they say, is history (even though we were not intending to sell)! We were at the auction and were able to see that Stuart is clearly an outstanding agent who was able to 'work the floor' competently during the auction. Furthermore, he was clearly respected by all 6 bidders. Undoubtedly, he would have been able to find homes for each of those bidders. Driving around the Isle of Sorrento, many 'SOLD' signs can be seen with a high percentage of those sales being as a result of Stuart's diligence and expertise. We highly recommend him as an experienced and highly recommended agent.
