What an agent!
Renee has a very friendly disposition and easy to deal with in every way. Nothing was too much of an issue. She's a whiz in her local area of Currumbin. I felt very as ease with Renee during the negotiating period and was super excited when she told me I had secured the property. I cannot wait to move into my new forever home! Above and Beyond
Grant and his team excelled in every way during the sale of our house at auction which achieved a record for the area. His professional yet easy going style made it a pleasurable and stress free experience. His knowledge and attention to detail provided maximum impact to the buyers during the campaign with selective use of various marketing tools including excellent drone and 3D tour photography. With the current social restrictions he was alert and prepared for the impact on buyers and did his best to assist. We would thoroughly recommend Grant and his team at Harcourts Coastal.

Grant, Jesse (and Lydia) achieved a fantastic result on the sale of our apartment in Broadbeach Waters. Grant's professionalism, combined with his calm and highly focused approach, made us feel comfortable from the start. Genuine, committed and hard working.
We first met Joel almost four years ago at an open home. Over the course of those four years he kept in constant contact with us, checking in to see how we were going and always there to offer advice and help us with anything real estate related.
