Penelope was one of the best agents I have come across. We purchased this townhouse feeling very happy with her. Her professionalism and flexibility was great. She has gone over and above to help us, negotiating times with seller so we can have it ready for rental, allowing quotes to be done prior to settlement. Nothing has been a hassle. Thankyou Penelope you are a star

Katrina and Penelope of Coastal Agents were excellent as we are out of State. The property was also in a resort hotel and under a management agreement which made it inconsistent to arrange inspections if guests were in residence. They were professional and courteous at all times.

From our very first meeting, Guy was professional, knowledgeable, honest and incredibly easy to deal with. He and his team (particularly Lauren McMahon) kept us informed throughout the entire process, communicated exceptionally well and made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless from start to finish. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guy Powell and the Coastal team.

I cannot thank Georgia enough for her incredible professionalism. Selling a property can be very stressful but Georgia and her team made light work of it and did what needed doing to keep the sale on track and also get it across the line. Thanks again for a job well done Georgia!

Penelope and her team helped us a lot for selling our property during the tough time. They are professional, trustworthy, good communicator & reliable. We advise the other vendors to sale through them. We will be in touch with them for our next property.
