Absolutely fantastic
We bought interstate and Martin made it so easy for us. His response to every phone call, txt and email was immediate and informative. We had asked friends who have bought on the Gold Coast if they could recommend an agent and no one gave us any names. If I was asked to recommend someone I would send them to Martin in a heartbeat. We have sold and bought a few properties over the years but this was the best agent we have ever dealt with. If I sold or bought again I will only use Martin. A big thank you to Martin who made our buying experience (especially from a distance) feel exciting and absolutely stress free.

Trustworthy, honest and a pleasure to deal with
We met Guy when inspecting an open home and he ended up selling our property for us off market. Guy is very friendly and down to earth and gave us the information we needed honestly. We had a lot in common with Guy and were confident in his knowledge of the area and selling process. Would highly recommend Guy when selling or buying.

Great correspondence.
Even though Julie was busy with meetings, viewings and so on, she made the time to contact ASAP. Kept me informed and updated of progress and had a sense of calmness to keep you at ease when going through the biggest purchase you may do in one’s life. Even though I never met her in person as I am an overseas investor, she came across as professional and well informative on all matters of the process step by step making it easy to understand, especially all the admin and legal jargon.
