Viewed twice second viewing was shown by Ricky all amenities . I asked to see car space and was shown level 3 car park area On day of moving in was given Fob no Letter box key and no wind cupboard key Went with loaded car to find car space but turned out I could not go to lower level 3 car stacker area as fob won’t allow into car stacker area without car stacker training I rang Ricky and returned to Concierge Ricky stayed he did not know apartment had SHARED CAR STACKER SPACE . The building manager gave me holiday parking while I settled and did training . RICKY did nothing but offer less time on a car space while I got STACKER training . Ricky states the apt had been on market for a year . Any resale or ability to rent are to be costly for me as I am honest and would advise the need for car stacker training This is being reported to Fair Trading ad I would not have purchased if I knew there was shared stacker parking This is an ongoing issue with deniability from alleged apartment expert I have met with bidy corporate and building management as this is disgraceful .
